Terrie Leon Sapp

KERNERSVILLE-Terrie Leon Sapp, 70, died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born November 26, 1938 in Forsyth Co. to the late Gilmer Gideon and Vera Robbins Sapp. Mr. Sapp loved to sing, minister to others, and was an exceptional horse trainer. Terrie loved the Lord, and was a very giving person. In 1967 he and his wife Nancy started San Up Farm in Kernersville. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Weatherford Sapp of the home; a daughter, Trina Sapp Ransom and husband Mike; a son, Kelly Sapp; a daughter-in-law, Shea Boyd all of Kernersville; three grandchildren, Zack, Ty, and Ryan Ransom; one sister, Dianne Hanes of Advance; and his mother-in-law, Edna Weatherford of Kernersville. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday March 31, 2009 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Terri Forshee and the Rev. John Spry officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. Memorials may be made to Terrie Sapp Ministries ""TSM"", 223 Beeson Ct., Kernersville, NC 27284. This memorial fund is for the less fortunate.
