Teresa Diane Whitaker

Winston Salem - Teresa Diane Whitaker, 47, a wonderful and loving mother passed away Sunday, September 13, 2009. She was born September 14, 1961 in Forsyth County. She is survived by her parents William Gray and Jessie Miller Whitaker of Kernersville, surviving are her son, Jason K. Flowers and fianc郩 Amanda; her daughter, Shannon D. Flowers all of Winston Salem; six grandchildren; two sisters, Debbie Vogt (Gary Wayne) of Kernersville and Donna Hicks (Raybon) of Belews Creek; three brothers, William Gray Whitaker, Jr. (Janice) of Walkertown, Terry and TonyWhitaker of Kernersville; and several loving uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, September 17, 2009 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Dr. Bobby Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the funeral home.
