Teresa Waters

Kernersville- Mrs. Teresa Lea Knowles Waters passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was born in Wells County, Indiana on January 22, 1961 to Patricia Rupel Brown and the late Richard Knowles. She was employed at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. She loved to travel, and especially liked to take spur-of-the-moment day trips. Mrs. Waters was preceded in death by a son – Eric Michael Waters. She is survived by her husband Kenneth (“Kenny”); daughter Lindsay Heatherly (Elijah); parents Steve and Patricia Brown; sister Tammy Budrow (Karl); brother Scott Brown; five grandchildren – Kyndall, Christian, Chase, Jonah, and Aubrey; and many special nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Waters will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel, with Pastor Frederick “Bud” Rupel officiating. The family will greet guests immediately following the service.
