Teresa Lynn Shook

SHOOK - WINSTON-SALEM Teresa Lynn Shook, 45, passed away August 13, 2013 at her home. She was born February 20, 1968 in Forsyth County to Nancy Grey Southern Shook and the late John Harold Shook. Teresa was of the Presbyterian faith. In addition to her father, Teresa was preceded in death by her grandmother, Zula Shook. She is survived by her mother, Nancy Shook of Rural Hall; sister, Jonna O'Neal of East Bend; two nephews, Jamie and John O'Neal; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and also, her pet companion, Zena. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 16 at Forsyth Memorial Park with Mr. Steve Southern officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
