Susan G. Shaw

Mrs. Susan G. Shaw, 63, of Raleigh, NC, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015, at her residence. Mrs. Shaw was born on May 29, 1952, in Kentucky to the late Charles A. Shaw and Lenna Runyans Shaw. Susan spent her working career in the information technology field and retired as a computer programmer. She was a beautiful bride and human being. Susan was a shining light to everyone she came in contact with and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her greatest accomplishments were Bob and Rudy. Mrs. Shaw is survived by her husband, Robert ""Bob"" Piedad of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Myra King (Gary) of Nashville, TN and Annel Delorme (Julien) of London, England; and her beloved bird, Rudy. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the mausoleum chapel. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the family of Mrs. Shaw.
