Susan Elizabeth Bannister Ramsey

Mrs. Susan Elizabeth Bannister Ramsey, 52, of Winston-Salem died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at her home. She was born October 21, 1960 in Iaeger, WV to John Paul and Mary Lou Hatfield Bannister. She was preceded in death by her mother and her sister, Nancy Jean Bannister. Survivors include her husband, Steve Ramsey of the home; two sons, Fred Ramsey (Amanda) and Andrew Ramsey of Winston-Salem; her father of Lamsburg, VA; three brothers, Paul Bannister (Maida) of Poca, WV, Terry Bannister (Liz) of Hanover, WV and Thomas Bannister (Tootsie) of Lamsburg, VA; and seven nieces and nephews, Audra Pritt (Justin), Josh Bannister, Nikki Farmer (Travis), Jessica Joyce (Chase), Luke Bannister, Emily Bannister and Jennifer Bannister. The funeral service will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 PM at Hayworth- Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 noon until 1:45 pm.
