Sue Tucker Vanhoy

Kernersville - Mrs. Sue Tucker Vanhoy, 81, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory. She was born in Forsyth Co. November, 17, 1932 to the late Neva Elliott and Clay Pitts Tucker. Mrs. Vanhoy loved to read, do crafts and needle work. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Vernon Lasley Vanhoy, and her three sisters. Surviving are, sons, David, Brian and wife Beverly, Greg and wife Tammy, Clay and wife Betty, daughter Julie Presnell and husband Toby; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two nephews. A service will held 3:00 PM Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Union Cross Moravian Church with Pastor Don Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the church graveyard.
