Mr. Steven Craig Luloff, 78, passed away Sunday August 29, 2021 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born July 28, 1943 in Waterloo Iowa to the late Jack Cooper Luloff and Harriette Ann Luloff. Mr. Luloff retired from John Deere, was a fan of NASCAR as well as the Carolina Panthers, enjoyed playing bingo and riding through his neighborhood on his golf cart. Steven was a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and in his younger years enjoyed both street and dirt bikes as well as watching and coaching his sons soccer team. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons; Craig Luloff and Terry Luloff, one daughter; Debra Luloff, one granddaughter, one grandson, and a sister; Lawana. Steven is survived by his loving wife of 29 years Debbie Sue Luloff, one sister; Jackie Davis (Don), one sister-in-law, Tawny Hengl (Craig), nine children; Darrell Luloff (Angela), Rebecca Westlund (Dean), Tresa Luloff Zaragoza (Juan), Michael Pinckney (Jodie), Jeff Pinckney (Christy), Chad Pinckney (Sarah), Jason Luloff, Nik Luloff, and Thomas Luloff, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of life planned at a later date.
