Steven Hawks

Mr. Steven Gray Hawks, 73, of Clemmons, NC, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.

He was born in Forsyth County, NC, on September 16, 1949, to the late Olin Elwood Hawks and Nancy Lou Lindley Hawks.

Steven loved his two dogs, and also enjoyed traveling in his earlier years of life with his wife, Mona. He was also active in his career as an independent insurance broker.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Stevens surviving family members include his loving wife, Mona Gordon Hawks; his son, Chris (Amanda) Hawks; daughter, Laurie Cunningham; step-son, Ryan (Rene) Jacobs; grandchildren, Rowan Hawks, Holden Reavis, Mackenzie and Amelia Cunningham, and Makayla, Landon, and Jase Jacobs; brothers, Randy (Rosa) Hawks and Kerry (Pam) Hawks; one sister, Tracey Chambers; and many other special nieces, nephews, and friends.

Private family services will be held for Steven at a later date.
