Stephen Grant Hamm

Stephen Grant Hamm, 63, of Rural Hall passed away peacefully Monday June 24, 2013. He was born December 26, 1949 to Peggy Hutchens and Billy Grant Miller. Steve loved working on cars, and he also loved animals. He was a very devoted husband and father. Steve provided selflessly for his family and friends. Steve is excited to be reunited with his wife Pam, and his Lord and Savior. He was preceded in death by his wife; Pamela Hamm, and his father; Eugene Hamm. He is survived by his mother; Peggy Hamm, and his father; Billy Miller. Two sons; Grant Hamm, and Byron Hamm, three grandchildren; Kendra Hamm, Rhaegan Mabe, and Kendrid Peters, a brother; Mike Hamm (Tanya), four sisters; Dianne Doub (Gene), Cindy Turner (George), Robin Stevens (Mitch), and Mary Catherine Adams (Barry), and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 10:00 am Thursday June 27, 2013 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons officiated by Rev. Van Nelson. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday June 26, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
