Mr. Stanley “Roger” Squier, 84, passed away Monday, October 10, 2022. Roger was born December 8, 1937 in Nicholson, Pennsylvania to the late Carl S. Squier and Evelyn Krautter Squier.  He was a 1955 graduate of Kerhonkson High School in Kerhonkson, NY and a 1965 graduate of Wilkes College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a BS in Accounting.  Mr. Squier served in the U.S. Marine Corps from October 1956 to October 1959 and he had retired from IBM October 1, 1993.  He served as an Elder in several churches in NY, CT and NC and while in Hurley, NY he served as the head of supervisory committee for IBM Kingston, NY Employees Credit Union and was Fire Commissioner Marbletown fire department. When he moved to the Lewisville/Clemmons area in NC he volunteered for Crisis Control, Habitat for Humanity Homes and served in several capacities with The Shepherd's Center of greater Winston-Salem and served on several committees at Clemmons Presbyterian Church and worked part time at Tanglewood Golf Course on the golf staff.  He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Lee Osterhoudt Squier; a daughter Denise Lynn Squier; a son, Jeffrey Todd Squier (Shea); and two grandchildren, Luke William Squier, and Eli Cole Squier.
