Stanley Carper

Stanley Scott Carper of Lewisville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 5, 2018. Stan was born September 11, 1964 to John Allen Carper, Jr. and Constance Pitts Carper. He is preceded in death by his father and survived by his mother, Connie and a son, Scott Allen Carper. Other survivors include two sisters, Heather Carper and Gina Jones and fiancé, John Kiger; two brothers, Thomas Carper and John Carper, III and wife, Christy in addition to extended family. Stan attended West Forsyth High School and earned his high school diploma from Forsyth Technical Community College. He enjoyed playing sports and was an avid outdoorsman. He was also very talented in welding and building wood projects, often giving these types of gifts to friends and family. He had a very caring personality, enjoyed family gatherings and loved all living creatures. A private service will be held for family and friends at a later date. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in Stan's memory to the Forsyth Humane Society, 4881 Country Club Rd., Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
