Spencer Lyle Ervin

Spencer Lyle Ervin passed away May 16, 2009. He was born on June 13, 1955 in Forsyth County. Spencer graduated from Parkland High School and worked for Marietta Bakery driving a bread truck. He then worked for R. J. Reynolds pulling the show car for the Camel G. T. Series, promoting the races. He last worked for Caraustar. Spencer was preceded in death by his father, Carlos B. Ervin; grandparents Paul & Ethel Everhart and Edgar & Minnie Ervin. He is survived by his daughter Jordan Ervin; his son Justin Ervin; his mother Irene Ervin Church; his brothers Sande Ervin and wife Ann; Steve Ervin and wife Carolyn; his sister Sharon Ervin Norman and husband Steve; four nieces and two nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at Cornerstone Baptist Church on Sunday May 31, 2009 at 3:30 P.M., with Rev. Charlie Martin officiating.
