The family would like to recognize several of Kay’s previous care givers, Shirley and Gary Ruszkowski, and Val Edwards and Sophia for their compassionate care and genuine friendship to Kay.
The family will receive friends at Hayworth Miller Funeral Home Silas Creek Chapel on Friday, December 10, 2021, from 1:00-2:00 PM with service following directly in the chapel.
