Sonja Elizabeth Hall

Mrs. Sonja Elizabeth Hall, 70, of Pfafftown passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born February 4, 1939 in Guilford County, the daughter of Lois Honeycutt Brady. Mrs. Hall was a member of Robinhood Road Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher. She was a member of the Baptist Men & Women's Disaster Relief Team and a volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank. Also Mrs. Hall was office manager at Forsyth Emergency Services, PA for 23 years until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her mother. Surviving is her husband of 49 years, Bill Hall; two daughters, Laura Elizabeth Montgomery and husband Richard, and Amanda Ann Donaldson; one son, William Darrell Hall, Jr. and wife Robin; two sisters, Josette Black and Kathryn Cline, both of Greensboro; eight grandchildren, Elizabeth Wood, Brian Cespedes,kristen Montgomery, Jordan Knight, Brendan Donaldson, Liam Donaldson, and Jackson and Nicholas Hall; and four great grandchildren, Daniella, Christina, Isabel and Audrey; and a faithful dog, Georgie. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 23 at Robinhood Road Baptist Church with the Rev. John Hackworth, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Memorials may be made to Kate B.
