Shirley 'Sheryl' Hamby Rothrock

Shirley Hamby Rothrock known as 'Sheryl' died May 26, 2012 after battling lung disease for over two years. Sheryl was a Christian and loved by friends and family. She was raised in West Virginia and worked in medical records during her working career. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Gary Rothrock of the home; stepsons, John (Donna) and Dwayne (Trina) Rothrock; grandchildren, Brianne and Don all of Kernersville, NC; a brother, Jerry Hamby and sisters, Phyllis Redden and Sandra Turisi all of Mullens, WV, Linda Crumbacker of Landover, MD, Brenda Savoy (Bill) of Ft. Pierce, FL. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory mausoleum chapel in Clemmons with the Rev. Gary Byrum officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
