Shirley Reid Mieryteran

Mrs. Shirley Reid Mieryteran, 77, of Winston-Salem died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born February 5, 1935 in Gastonia. Mrs. Mieryteran attended Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. For over ten years she worked as in interpreter for the Health Department assisting several local nurses. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed and remembered. Survivors include three sons, Francis Mieryteran and Rudy Mieryterian of Winston-Salem and Michael Mieryterian of Philadelphia, PA; two daughters, Carrie Segersbol and husband, Fernando and Kimie Dunn of Winston-Salem; three grandchildren, Wendy Dunn, Roberto Dunn and Marissa Mieryterian of Winston-Salem; one brother, Red Robinson of Gastonia and one sister, Marge Humphry and husband, Jock of Gastonia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said Saturday at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church by Father Joseph Angelini. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park.
