Shirley Temple Pack Bowman

WALKERTOWN - Shirley Temple Pack Bowman, 64, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. Shirley was born June 6, 1947 in Surry County to the late Sam Perry and Betty Lou Bowman Pack. She was a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Bowman; an infant daughter, Katherine Bowman; a daughter, Barbara Jean Bowman; a grandson, Thomas Bowman; and a sister, Brenda Butcher. Surviving are two sons, Ricky Bowman and Alex Franklin Bowman, both of Walkertown; a granddaughter, Jayne Bowman and Bryan Cox, of Walkertown; a great grandson, Anthony Cox; and nine brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, April 16, 2012 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville.
