Sharon Anne Bailey Welch

Pfafftown, NCSharon Anne Bailey Welch, 67, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013 at her home. She was born July 7, 1945 in Friendship, NY to the late James and Jenny Hall Bailey. She was a member of Vienna Baptist Church. Sharon was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and she enjoyed drawing and painting. She loved her family dearly and was very passionate about her grandchildren. Preceding her in death were three sisters, Brenda, Joyce, and Pam. Surviving are two daughters, Debbie Green and husband Bart and Christine Dupre and husband Jason; three grandchildren, Debbie, Sebastian, and Isabelle; brother, James Bailey and wife Judy; sister, Barb Carney and husband Dean; also surviving is a special niece, Jennifer Hough and her children, Madelyn and Nora. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Vienna Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Clawson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family would like to thank Hospice for the wonderful care that was given to Sharon.
