On Wednesday, September 6, 2023, Scott William Noble, age 46, devoted father, son, brother and best friend, shuffled off this mortal coil to explore the dark side of the moon. Born January 3, 1977, he is preceded in death by his father, Leonard W. Noble Jr.
He leaves behind four children, Cameron (his partner Bowie Godbey), Caspian, Kairi and Calibur; the mother of his children, April Noble; his beloved cat, Toppi; his mother, Martha Collins; his sister, Rebekah Noble Williams; and many special nieces and nephews. Scott loved his children beyond measure, they were his entire world and his driving force.
Scott found a second home with his job at Ferrell-Mittman where his passion for engineering and design were fostered and his artistry was appreciated. Scott had many interests including music, Star Wars, Marvel, WoW, James Bond, LEGO and conspiracy theories. He had a thirst for knowledge and constantly sought to learn new things and develop new skills. He loved reading literature, particularly the works of William Shakespeare and Charles Dickens.
Scott will be remembered for being smart, loyal, creative, kind and funny. He was always the guy you were happy to see and had the ability to be understanding of others even when he did not agree. He was infuriatingly stubborn but in the most lovable way, always quick with a joke to brighten your day and there when you needed him the most.
A celebration of Scott's life will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 5:00pm in the Robert. F. Miller Center, 3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston Salem, NC. The family requests that attendees wear cheerful bright colors.
