Sarah Wright Gravely

Mt. Airy-Sarah Wright Gravely, 68, passed away Friday, April 01, 2011 at Hospice of High Point. She was born in Forsyth Co. to the late John Robert and Velia Ballard Wright. Mrs. Gravely retired from Tyco Electronics. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Bobby, Jim, and Buck Wright. Surviving are her husband, Roger Gravely of the home; daughter, Tammy S. Burchette; three sons, John Bodenhamer, Ronald Bodenhamer and wife, Barbara, Shane Bodenhamer and wife, Gina; one brother, Harold Wright; three sisters, Flora Whicker, Ruth Ann Bobbit, and Rose Ella Wright; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two step-daughters, Candy Cruise, and Cookie Hall; and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday, April 4, 2011 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory.
