Sandra "Diane" Mabe Lindley

Mrs. Sandra “Diane” Diana Mabe Lindley, 73, passed away on March 29, 2025, at her home in Walkertown. She was born on August 9, 1951, in Stokes County to Helen Scott and the late Floyd Mabe. Diane had a good heart and loved helping people. She enjoyed eating at 66 diner daily. Diane especially loved spending time with her grandson, he was her world. She also took care of her sister Brenda as long as her health would allow. In addition to her father, Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Michael D. Lindley, and stepfather, Charles Scott. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one daughter, Lori Neal (Kevin), one grandson, Riley Neal, two sisters; Brenda Nobles and Vickie Byrd (Michael), one stepsister, Gail Bennett (Ricky), as well as her friends and companions from 66 diner. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday April 3, 2025, at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown with Rev. Eddie Honeycutt officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 PM Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel.
