Samuel Jack Piper

Mr. Samuel Jack Piper, 84, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Davie Nursing and Rehab. Mr. Piper was born in Pennsylvania on February 6, 1940, to the late Samuel Glenn and Helen Durf Piper. He spent his entire career as a commercial artist, was a devoted husband, an avid fisherman, and a faithful member of Warners Chapel Church of Christ. Preceding him in death was his wife of 49 years, Joanne Piper. Surviving is a brother, Charles and two nephews, David and Jonathon all of State College, PA and a sister, Louise Brong of Lehigh Valley, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Warners Chapel Church of Christ with Minister Mike Glenn officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Warners Chapel Church of Christ, 8999 Lasater Rd. Clemmons, NC 27012.
