Samantha Nicole Burgan

Samantha Nicole Burgan, 19, of King, NC, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 17, 2023. She was born in Forsyth County on January 22, 2004. Samantha graduated from West Stokes High School and was attending Forsyth Technical Community College to become a Paramedic. She was employed with Hanesbrand while volunteering with Sauratown Fire Department.  Surviving are her parents, Michelle Tuttle Burgan and Richie Burgan; a sister, Brittany Burgan; aunt Tracey Burgan and Samantha’s boyfriend, Houston Robertson.  The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2023 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel.
