Samantha Jo Assante

Mrs. Samantha Jo Assante, 29, died on April 29, 2016, at Forsyth Medical Center. Samantha was born on December 14, 1986, in Mississippi County, Arkansas, to Lori Lee (Rue) and Samuel Frank Ciminnisi. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Sam and Josephine Ciminnisi, and Eloise Knapp. Surviving are her loving husband, Paul Assante; daughter, Grace Ciminnisi; sons, Jackson Assante and Bentley Assante; parents, Sam and Lori Ciminnisi; sister, Chelsea Ciminnisi; brother, Colin Ciminnisi; and grandparents, Sam and Sandee Ciminnisi, and Kermit and Susan Rue. Also surviving are her great-grandparents, Lee and Viola Hartman; father and mother-in-law, Mark and Shirley Assante; and brother-in-law, Anthony Assante, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Monday, May 2, 2016, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00pm on Monday, May 2, 2016, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Autism Speaks 1060 State Road, 2nd Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540.
