Ruth Ann Davis Wells
Kernersville - Ruth Ann Davis Wells, 76, passed away Sunday, June 26, at Forsyth Medical Center. Ruth was born May 25, 1940 in Forsyth County to the late James Grant and Vera Hall Davis. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family and her Lord. Ruth was a member of Kernersville Friends Meeting.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 56 years, Tyron Wells; three sons, Eddy (Cammie) Wells, David (Tammy) Wells and Terry (Jane) Wells; eight grandchildren; and one sister, Betty (Fred) Martin.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 at Kernersville Friends Meeting with Dr. Jerry Gibbons officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 30, at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
