Ruth Mitchell Love

Surrounded by family, Ruth Suzann Mitchell Love joined the angels at 11:30 am on Sunday, August 3rd, 2014. She was born October 17th, 1939 in Galesburg, Illinois. She was a strong woman who battled cancer for over ten years. Sue is much loved and esteemed by her family and everyone who knew her. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Richard ""Dick"" Love, her parents, Margaret and Herbert Mitchell as well as her sister, Joann. She leaves behind five children: Della Ann Pitz, Elizabeth Love McGray, Annette Robin Vining, Carrie Jo Herman, and Arthur Richard Love Jr., and a sister Bea Kay Hopping. Sue also leaves behind grandchildren; Angela Bowman, Tracy Love, Brian Love, Scott Alderman, Nikki Piccolo, Brittni Alcantara, Gage Herman, Grere Herman, Ashley Love and Colten Herman. She also leaves behind five great-grandchildren; Braxton, Blake, Brooklyn, Bradlee and Gracin as well as one on the way, she referred to as sweetie. We will miss her immensely.
