Ruth Carter Chadwick

Ms. Ruth Carter Chadwick, 90, passed away April 21, 2016 at her home. She was born April 22, 1925 in Forsyth County to the late Wiley Columbus Carter and Ina Culler Carter. Ms. Chadwick retired from PPG Industries with 18 years of service. She is survived by her son, Sam Wilkes; two grandchildren, Angie Disco (Jeff) and Brian Wilkes (Rebecca); four great-grandchildren, Bella, Rain, and Colston Biles and Kayla Disco; special caretaker, Mitzi Tesh. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30pm until 1:30pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
