Rufus "Buddy" Crews

Mr. Rufus Manuel “Buddy” Crews, 77, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022, at Kernersville Medical Center in Kernersville. He was born in Forsyth Co. on July 15, 1944, the son of the late Charlie and Mabel Crews. Buddy was a carpenter by trade and served his country proudly in the, United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a loving, caring man, who was a jack of all trades. Buddy loved the outdoors, farming, horses and was a Dallas Cowboys fan. He will be missed deeply by all who knew him. He is survived by a daughter, Tina Crews (Robin Vanhoy) of Rural Hall; and his canine companion, Andy. There will be no formal services at this time.
