Ruby Esther Hogan Bullard

KERNERSVILLE-Ruby Esther Hogan Bullard, 91, a loving mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Britthaven of Kernersville. She was born June 9, 1918 in Union Co. to the late Rev. Kelly Wade and Lillian Little Hogan. Ruby owned and operated Linville Rd. Upholstery until she retired. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Dewey Bullard; by two brothers; and three sisters. Surviving are two sons, Kenneth W. Bullard and wife Nancy of Kernersville and Dewey Kemp Bullard and wife Ramona of King; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown.
