Roy Alford Larson, Jr.

KERNERSVILLE -Roy Alford Larson Jr., 70, went to be with the Lord January 8, 2011 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Roy was born in Washington State and was a retired Painter and Drywall Finisher. He was a member of Kerwin Baptist Church Survivors include his wife Belva Shearl Larson of the home; two stepdaughters Joann Tolor and husband Frank of Reidsville and Debbie Whittemore and husband Jim of Jacksonville, FL, one stepson Ron Riffe and wife Jennifer of Kernersville; eight grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many extended family and friends. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday January 13, 2011 at Kerwin Baptist Church with Dr. Joe Myers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Iaeger Memorial Cemetery in Roderfield WV on Friday.
