Roy Allen Fagg

KERNERSVILLE - Rev. Roy Fagg, 73 passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born July 8th 1939 Guilford Co to Mrs. Vivian Gillikin Fagg and the late Joseph Nathan Fagg. Rev. Fagg served as the Pastor of Calvary Hill Baptist Church in Walnut Cove for 36 years. He was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Phelps. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Edith Motsinger Fagg; two daughters, Karen F. (Robin) Tuttle, Kimberly F. (Gary) Brown; 4 grandchildren, Steven (Stephanie) Tuttle, Shannon T. (Marshall) Sykes, Nicole Brown, Kayla Brown; 5 great-grandchildren, Morgan, Connor, Gavin Tuttle and Nicholas & Allyson Sykes; 3 sisters, Diann Ingold, Mary Styers, & Shirley Creed; and 3 brothers, Sid Fagg, Billy Joe,(Cindy) Fagg, & Danny Ray Fagg. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Donnie Hooker officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The Family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 2012 at the funeral home.
