Rose Ingram Winfree

Rose Ingram Winfree, 88, of Winston-Salem passed away on February 27, 2015 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born on August 6, 1926 to Myrtle Stafford Ingram and Bascom Wilson Ingram in Kernersville. Rose retired from Bell South (AT&T). She enjoyed collecting salt and pepper shakers of all types. More than anything, she loved her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include her children, Jack Winfree (Baoying) of Winston-Salem, Sandie Wall of Clemmons, and Doug Winfree (Pat) of Isle of Palms, SC; grandchildren, David Wall (Amanda) of Concord, and Stacey Spainhour (Ricky) of Lewisville; great grandchildren, Chris, Madison and Bryson Wall; and Tierra and Tiegan Spainhour. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kate B.
