Rose Tucker Clodfelter

Rose Tucker Clodfelter, 93, of Lexington, NC died Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Lexington Medical Center. She was born November 12, 1919 in Colfax, NC to Charlie Tucker and Ida Mae Ballard Tucker. Her husband, James Ray Clodfelter preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters Karen Luper and husband Gary, Janet Dunkelberger and husband Erich; sons Phillip Clodfelter, and James ""Jimmy"" Clodfelter; five grandchildren, Dustin and Lauren Clodfelter, Todd and Joel Carlton, and Matthew Luper; one great grandchild, Dylan Luper; and a brother, Earl Tucker. Mrs. Clodfelter will lie in state at Hebron United Church of Christ in Midway and services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, November 26, 2012 with Rev. David Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends Sunday from 7-9 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
