Ronnie Mcdaniel

Mr. Ronnie Holder McDaniel, 72, of Clemmons passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born on October 26, 1944 in Forsyth County to William Frank and Ida Mae McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel was a devoted Christian and was a member of Friends Baptist Church. He loved his family and church family. He was in the auto parts business for fifty years and worked for BoTy Florist for ten years. Mr. McDaniel enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach. He loved to travel. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Parker Munavalli. Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Judy McDaniel; two daughters, Vonda Hughes and husband Darin, Michelle Munavalli and husband Sanjay; four grandchildren, Logan and Lauryn Hughes, Mackenna and Ragen Munavalli; one brother, Lonnie McDaniel and wife Glenda; a nephew, William McDaniel and wife Koren; two great-nieces, Sophie and Chloe McDaniel; a cousin, Diane Thompson. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Friends Baptist Church with Pastor Daron Osborne officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends Baptist Church, 1840 Lewisville Clemmons Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012.
