Mr. Ronald Gray Myers, 56, of Lexington, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Forsyth County on June 8, 1959 to Carl Vernon and Sandra Keener Myers. Ronald Myers attended Madison Heights Freewill Baptist Church. He was the manager of Rite Aid in Welcome with 40 years of service. Mr. Myers was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Carl Myers. Surviving are his wife, Teresa Myers of the home, a daughter, Shannon Myers of the home, a son Cameron Myers of the home, his mother, Sandra Myers of Winston Salem, his brothers and sisters, Steve Myers of Trinity, NC, Russell Myers of Salt Lake City, Utah, Jeff Myers of Sandy ridge, NC, June Garlow of Welcome, NC, and Christina Kalanarhos of Clemmons, NC. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel by Rev. David Robinson. Burial will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 Wednesday evening at Hayworth Miller Silas Creek. Memorials may be made to Shannon Myers College Fund, 102 Oakridge Ct., Lexington, NC 27295.
