Ronald Gilbert Hansen

Mr. Ronald Gilbert Hansen, 78, of Bermuda Run passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born October 2, 1930 in Glendale, CA to Carl H. and Anna Heming Hansen. Mr. Hansen was a member of Augsburg Lutheran Church. He served in the Korean War, was an avid fan of Penn State and loved music. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister. Surviving is his wife of 48 years, Janet Erickson Hansen of the home; two sons Michael James Hansen of Advance and Scott Ronald Hansen of Fairfax, VA; a daughter, Deborah Anne Miller and husband Charles of Clemmons and two grandchildren, Erik and Corey Miller. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 22, 2009 at Augsburg Lutheran Church with Dr. Ronald Rinn officiating. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium.
