Roger Luther Blake, 72, of Winston-Salem passed away April 22, 2014. He was born March 1, 1942 to Lester and Frances Cline Blake. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his daughter Ashley Bailey; two sons Kevin ""Keith"" Blake, and Roger ""Luke"" Blake, Jr; and four grandchildren.
