Robin Revis Blackburn

Robin Revis Blackburn, 46, wife of Ralph Blackburn, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 18, 2009. Robin was born on November 28, 1962 to Delmer and Gail Hines Revis of Winston-Salem. She is survived by her husband of the home; her parents; her daughter, Jessica Spivey (Chris) and granddaughter, Emily, and another granddaughter due to arrive in November, of Clemmons; two step-sons, Darrell Blackburn and John Blackburn (Teresa) and a step-grandson, Eli all of Winston-Salem; brother, Jeff Revis (Debbie) of Monroe; two sisters, Michelle Lovell (Rodney) and Tracy Myers (Barry) all of Winston-Salem; four nephews and one niece; also surviving is her grandmother, Frances Rawlins and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Robin was a member of Hanes Baptist Church and she loved her church family and many friends dearly. A funeral service will conducted at 11:00 am Monday at Hanes Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Groce and Rev. Harold Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 Sunday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will be at her home and her parent's home.
