Roberta Millsaps McHan

Mrs. Roberta Millsaps McHan, 92, of Winston-Salem, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born June 8, 1916 in Cherokee County to Earl McDowell Millsaps and Cloia Elsie Roland Millsaps. Mrs. McHan was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn C. McHan, Sr. and a son, Glenn C. McHan, Jr. Surviving are two daughters, Willa Sink of Midway and Patricia Everidge of Winston-Salem; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one sister, Helen Dickey (husband Edward) of Murphy and two brothers, Wayne Millsaps (wife Blanche) of Sylva and Boyd Millsaps (wife Kathleen) of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, January 23, 2009 at Forsyth Memorial Park with Dr. Harold Fletcher officiating. There is no stated visitation.
