Robert Aldine Dean" Willard

Mr. Robert Aldine ""Dean"" Williard, 85, of Winston-Salem, went home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ on August 26, 2008. He was born April 27, 1923 to the late Robert Lee and Rosa Williard. Mr. Williard was retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after 33 years of service in the engineering department. He loved his grandchildren and antiques. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Elsie ""Frankie"" Williard of the home; one daughter, Tammy Hampton and son-in-law, Mark Hampton of Rural Hall; two grandchildren, Kevin and Ashley Hampton of Rural Hall; one sister, Hilda Beauchamp of Advance; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Parklawn Memorial Park with Mr. John C. Troxell officiating. We will miss you Pa-Pa. Many thanks to all the Hospice staff of Winston-Salem.
