Robert Webb, Sr.

Mr. Robert Leon Webb, Sr., 82, passed away peacefully May 4, 2021. He was born May 6, 1938 in Yadkin County to the late John T. Webb and Rena Leota Shaver Webb. Robert retired from Vulcan Materials with 30 years of service. He loved being a mechanic especially on diesel engines. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening especially tending his tomatoes. Robert loved eating a good meal especially prepared by his wife. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Shore and a grandson, Cameron Pardue. He is survived by his loving wife, Jean Webb; three sons, Robert Leon Webb, Jr. (Aydee), Robert Roten (Kathy), and Wes Roten; two daughters, Kim Pardue (Michael) and Michelle Ancell; seven grandchildren; Madilyn Pardue, Carly Pardue, Dalton Roten, Cailey Roten, Penelope Roten, Candice Goins, and Braden Ancell; and three great-grandchildren, Natalie Goins, Greyson Goins, and Gavin Goins. There will be no formal services held at this time.
