Robert H. Smith, Jr.

#1 Yankees fan, Robert H. Smith, Jr., 72, passed away at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in the Navy. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Capt. Bob Smith, Sr., Retired navy and Mary Sue Munford. He lived in Maryland and worked at McKesson Pharmaceutical for many years. When he retired in 2007 he moved to Winston-Salem and lived at Creekside Terrace as the resident NY Yankees #1 fan. He is survived by three sisters; one son; and four grandchildren.
