Robert ""Bob"" Gray Mock, 84, went to meet his Master on January 1, 2015. God sent his Angels down and ushered him through the pearly gates of Heaven.
He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Clemmons and resided in Forsyth County. Bob was born May 22, 1930 to the late Robert Thomas and Margaret Elizabeth Mock. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from RJR Tobacco Company and Davidson County Sanitation Department. Bob loved life, and his favorite past-time was being an avid sports fan.
Bob is survived by his sister, Barbara Mock Boles; nieces, Robbin B. Wilder, Renee B. Hunter, and Roxanne B. Weaver; and great nieces, Casey J. Howerton and Cheyenne W. Johnson; daughters, Debbie M. Blackwell and Kelly Mock; several grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; and stepson, Frank Adams.
A graveside service will be held at Parklawn Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 11 am with Dr. Michael Duffield of Victory Front Line Ministries officiating.
