Robert Mobley

Mr. Robert Hawkins Mobley, 65, of Winston-Salem, died suddenly at his home on Monday, December 22, 2008. He was born July 22, 1943 in Charlotte, NC to Ellen Hawkins Mobley and Edward Taylor Mobley, Sr. He retired after 41 years as a pilot for Piedmont/USAirways. Mr. Mobley was preceded in death by his brother, Edward T. Mobley, Jr. Surviving are his wife of 26 years, Mrs. Kathleen Terry Mobley; two daughters, Kathryn Kimball (Lee) and Illisha Benner; three grandchildren, Christian, Evan and Dominic and one brother, Marcus Mobley (Pam). A memorial service will be held at a later date.
