WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Mr. Robert Mack Lewellyn, 82, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2015, at Forsyth Medical Center. Robert was born on April 6, 1933, in Davidson County, NC to Clint Leslie and Minnie Darr Lewellyn. He was a faithful member of Griffith Baptist Church and retired from the United Parcel Service. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, where in 1955 during an Air Force Area Police Meet, he was selected the outstanding air policeman of the entire meet. Surviving are his wife, Mary Harman Lewellyn; daughter, Cindy Lewellyn Kozerow and husband, Kevin; son, Mack Lewellyn and wife, Holly; four grandchildren: Josh Kozerow, Carissa Kozerow, Emilyne Lewellyn, and Joshua Lewellyn; two stepdaughters, Lisa Randolph and husband, Mark, and Catherine Disher and husband, William; five step grandchildren, Mary Katherine Maxey Peninger and husband, Daniel, Julian Maxey, Brodie Maxey, Madison Disher, and Carleigh Disher; a sister, Peggy Cochran of Athens, AL., and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Inurnment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Griffith Baptist Church for the S. B. C.
