Robert Leun

Mr. Robert Leun, 85, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  He was born November 19, 1935 in Queens, NY., the son of Raymond and Frances Wojtkiewicz Leun.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was retired from Grumman Aerospace.  He enjoyed golf, carpentry, and was devoted to his family.  He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 60 years, Joyce Carol Leun.  Survivors include his son, Robert Leun (Christine) of Rural Hall; two daughters, Donna Furrow (Dennis) of Roanoke and Nancy Leun of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Dylan Furrow and Melanie Rodriguez (Julio) and a brother, Richard Leun (Judy).  The family will hold a private service.  Memorials may be made to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Medical Center Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.  Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
