Robert Sandis "Sandy" Hill

Mr. Robert Sandis ""Sandy"" Hill, 57, of Winston-Salem, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born August 27, 1956 in Forsyth County to Barbara Bennett Hill and Richard Harden Hill. Mr. Hill worked his way to the top in construction sales. He valued the many friendships he built with his colleagues in both North and South Carolina over the course of his career. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his father. Surviving are his wife, Jane Warner Hill; a son, Stephen Shawn Tucker (Carmen) of Kernersville; a daughter, Amy Elizabeth Tucker of Winston-Salem; four grandchildren, Zachary Allen Tucker, Hannah Victoria Tucker, Tristan Rece Tucker and Gram Cash Tucker; his mother, Barbara Bennett Oxendine (Ben) of Kernersville; a brother, Richard Wayne Hill (Lillian) of Meadows of Dan, VA; a sister, Geraldine Hill Oxendine (Jesse); his step-siblings, Annette, Ben and Chuck Oxendine; special cousin and friends, Robbie and Merinda Bennett of King and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
