Robert Lee Hartman, Sr.

Mr. Robert Lee Hartman, Sr., 81, of Clemmons passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born March 14, 1929 in Forsyth County to Elgin and Bessie Williard Hartman. Mr. Hartman was retired from Hanes Hosiery with 45 years of service. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Lenora Hanes Hartman; two sons, Robert Hartman, Jr. and Timothy Hartman and wife Renee; three grandchildren, Rachel, Robbie and Haley Hartman; one great grandchild, Bear Liam Kimbley; three sisters, Bette Gautier, Mary Smith and Anne Mustin; and three brothers, Donald, Lawrence and John Hartman. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, March 5 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
