Mr. Robert Wade Ellis, 61, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021.

He was born on December 14, 1959 in Forsyth County to Garland Hege and Betty Blake.

Robert loved riding his Harley. He always lived life to the fullest. Robert enjoyed spending time with his 12 grandchildren. More than anything, he loved his wife, Joyce, very deeply.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are his wife, Joyce Ellis; children, Marc Ellis, Catrina Vaughn (Daryl), Regina Ellis, and Crystal Luviano (Jose); grandchildren, Makenna, Brixton, Braden, Bella, Harlow, Carmine, Jazmine, Kale, Chase, Caden, Kylie, and Liam; sisters, Vickie, Tammie, Terri Smith, Tony Spivey, and Tonya; and brothers, Kevin and Alan.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Parklawn Memorial Park Chapel of Faith. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek.
